The client faced challenges with an outdated portal, lacking approval workflows for master data (Vendor, Customer, and Material Masters) in SAP. There were no provisions for document attachment or duplicate checks, resulting in inefficient data management.

We implemented a customized SAP BTP-based vendor portal with an enhanced user interface and minimal downtime, offering specialized support. The portal streamlined information flow between vendors and the client's team, while adding functionalities for quality certifications and ASN management. Additionally, we provided a customized Master Data Governance (MDG) solution to manage Vendor Master, Customer Master, and Material Masters, integrating approval workflows and document attachment capabilities.
